Delivery: Make sure you get the agreed upon time commitment to ship the order in the order agreement. They will not honor what they tell you in the chat. I ordered in September and told them I would only order if I could receive them by the end of November. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. They didn't show up until December and weren't even sent out until November. I lost thousands of dollars in sales during the holidays. I will NOT be ordering from this company again! Service: When this company tells you something in the chat, make sure all of that is in the purchase order agreement. If not, they will not honor what they say. It is just empty words. Honestly, I would look elsewhere. There are other medical companies that follow through with what they tell you.

2. The order amount is 1925 USD,I don't know why you loss thousands of dollars. If you limited of time to some activity,why not choose by air rather than by sea. You already know you will have Black Friday in US,it will affect the delivery time,didn't you?
In a word,we produced in time,shipped in time and you have the goods in time. Never ask compensation again. You want to place order somewhere else? please do it,thanks.
